This 6-night wildlife photography tour is designed for passionate photographers, covering Yala, Udawalawe, and Bundala National Parks—ideal for capturing Sri Lanka’s “Big Game,” including elephants, leopards, and sloth bears, as well as migratory birds. Experience remote jungle camps, pristine wilderness, and award-winning photo opportunities in some of the island’s most scenic habitats.

Day 01 – Colombo to Udawalawe National Park

• Meet your driver in Colombo and transfer to Udawalawe National Park (4 hours).

• Afternoon safari (3 PM – 6 PM) to photograph large herds of elephants in their natural habitat.

• Overnight: Kalu’s Hideaway Safari Lodge, Udawalawe.

Day 02 – Udawalawe & Bundala National Parks

• Morning safari (6 AM – 10 AM) in Udawalawe: Photograph elephants drinking at Udawalawe Lake.

• Breakfast at the lodge.

• Transfer to Tissamaharama (2 hours).

• Afternoon safari (3 PM – 6 PM) in Bundala National Park, a RAMSAR bird sanctuary famous for resident and migratory birds.

• Overnight: Hotel Chandrika, Tissamaharama.

Day 03 – Yala National Park Mobile Tented Camp

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Transfer to Yala National Park entrance, meet camping crew, and proceed to mobile tented safari camp inside the park.

• Lunch at the camp.

• Afternoon safari (3 PM – 6 PM) focusing on leopards and sloth bears.

• Dinner and overnight stay at Mobile Tented Camp, Yala (chilled beer & pre-dinner drinks included).

Day 04 – Full-Day Safari | Yala National Park

• 6 AM – 6 PM: Explore deep into Yala wilderness, photographing elusive leopards and bears.

• Picnic breakfast and lunch provided in the park.

• Dinner and overnight at Mobile Tented Camp, Yala.

Day 05 – Full-Day Safari | Yala National Park

• Repeat 6 AM – 6 PM full-day safari with photography focus.

• Picnic meals included.

• Dinner and overnight at Mobile Tented Camp, Yala.

Day 06 – Yala to Tissamaharama

• Morning full-day safari (6 AM – 6 PM).

• Check out from Yala and transfer to Chandrika Hotel, Tissamaharama (30–60 minutes).

• Overnight: Hotel Chandrika.

Day 07 – Tissamaharama to Colombo

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Transfer back to Colombo (5–6 hours).

• Tour ends in Colombo.
